Sadie the Goat
An alleged semi-folklorish American criminal, gang leader and river pirate known under the pseudonym Sadie the Goat. In 1869, Sadie the Goat joined the Charlton Street Gang. Her real name was Sadie Farrell, she became known as Sadie the Goat because of her favored form of fighting: headbutting men in the stomach and having a male compatriot knock the victim out cold so they could steal his money and valuables without difficulty.
Hell-Cat Maggie
The pseudonym of an American criminal and early member of the Dead Rabbits. She was a well-known personality in Manhattan's Five Points district and a noted fighter, her teeth reportedly filed into points and her fingers adorned with long, claw-like brass fingernails.
Gallus Mag
At 6 feet tall and always carrying both a pistol and large club strapped onto her wrist, Gallus Mag served as the bouncer for a popular saloon with gangsters, the Hole-in-the-Wall. Her real name was Margaret Perry, and she ran the bar with her husband, a fellow thief named Jack Perry.

Prosecutors estimated the fraud to be worth $64.8 billion based on the amounts in the accounts of Madoff's 4,800 clients as of November 30, 2008.
